These tango trousers are fashioned from soft stretch velvet and finished with a knit waistband and cuffs.
NOTE: these pants have a low-rise fit. The waistband is designed to sit on or below the hipbones. In person this fabric is more colorful and vibrant than it appears in the pictures.
