This dramatic dress is fashioned from dense, spongy nylon/lycra and finished with a tail of super sparkly silver sequins!
NOTE: the color of the nylon/lycra knit in this dress is unusual and perhaps difficult to photograph. It's not pure white, but rather very pale greyish blue, a soft putty color.
