This fluted skirt is fashioned from stretchy burnout velvet with a damask pattern. The fabric is semi-sheer, and the skirt will be relatively see-through in some lighting. This skirt makes a great layering piece over leggings, and will also work with boyshort or even thong underwear depending on the venue. Finished with a stretch lace waistband.
