NOTE: because the waistband of this skirt is silk, it is slightly less size-versatile. It will stretch over 40" to get on over hips or shoulders, but once it's on, it will sit right at the part of your waist that is between 30 and 34 inches. If you usually wear a small, it will sit low on your hips; if you usually wear a medium but have a smaller waist, you will want to wear it higher, on your natural waist.
